I would like to buy your products. How do I do this?

Please drop us an e-mail, and we will advise best possible options for the payment procedure.

We would like to evaluate your products. May I obtain an evaluation copy?

Yes, but for this we need to check your identity, to prevent unauthorized usage. Please submit us an e-mail from your corporate mail address, and provide full description of your company, yourself and the name project you are going to use our components for. If your identity can be checked, we will send you a 30-days evaluation copy of our products.

We have some ideas on how the functionality of your products can be extended. Can we order implementation of such features? Would you agree to do it for us? Free or at what rate?

We value feedback of our customers! We would be glad to receive any feedback from you. Please, send us an e-mail with description of features you would like to be implemented, and we will get in touch asap. If your ideas would match our vision of future releases of products, we will implement them for free.
However, we also may implement features that we find not really useful, but on a paid basis. The potential problem with such features is that we may not include such features in the next releases. We appreciate your ideas and are looking forward to continue building of best ajax components in world (as many say).

I would like to use your components in my product, would you be interested in integrating them in it for me? How much would it cost?

Yes, definitely we will be interested. Such implementation projects provide us with great experience on what needs and problems do our customers have using our components in their projects. It's impossible to underestimate the value of this experience. However, we can do this on a paid basis only.
You will definitely be worried about confidentialty. No problems with that, we always sign a non-diclosure agreement with clients who provide us with access to their application, so your sources (or part of them) will be safe. In the hardest case, when you are very concerned about your source code, we also may develop a prototype of usage our components in an application similar to your (but this would be a little bit more expensive).

We have been using your products and are highly satisfied with it's functionality and quality. As well, during the support time, we have explored skills of your engineers from the support team. Now we plan to develop a project for our clients, and we would be interested to subcontract your engineers for development. Would you be interested in that kind of work? Do you provide outsourcing service on software development?

Definitely, we are interested in development of custom projects and yes, we provide software development services, as well as testing, technical writing and etc. However, you must be prepared that our rates would be a little bit higher than other's vendors, because we target a specialized market (advanced Web GUI - for PHP, Java and .NET), and estimate quality of our services as higher then provide our competitors in this area.
Subcontracting us, our clients get world-class Ajax developers and PHP, Java and .NET programmers. You can check this with our products.

Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement with us?
Who is the owner of the developed software?

Often our clients ask us

• not to disclose any information about the project we are involved in
• to keep the ownership of the developed software for themselves

To satisfy these requirements we sign and send non-disclosure agreement per fax or per post, and refuse all the copyrights on the software developed by us. Only in very special cases, when especially important ideas were generated within our company, we may ask for additional payment or a part of the copyright.

How do we begin to work with you?

Just send us an email with any questions that might be
interesting or not clear to you. Or, if all is clear and you wish to work with us, send us:

• short description of your needs, probably a concept or specification of your project
• time plan that it requires, if any
• the number of people you want to work for you and required skills

We will analyze your request and answer you ASAP, usually the next day.

We will send you:

• our proposal concerning the technical part of the project (tools, methods, solutions we are able to come up with as a result of brainstorming)
• time and costs estimation on completion of the job
• resumes of employees that we would like to recommend you

Also, we will offer you to make some initial prototype of your project, to show you our abilities, for free! If you like it, we will continue working together and will charge you for the following tasks only.

At any moment of process described above we may also use any other way of communication, such as phone, fax, or you may visit us. But we think that the suggested way of joint work is the fastest and the most convenient one.
