consists of 90 professionals of IT development.

Each of us has an advanced (master or doctor) degree in computer related areas, mathematics and physics received in the best belarussian and foreign universities. This allows us to perform work of almost any complexity.
Each employee possesses a good knowledge of English, some - German, French and Spanish, what makes direct communication between customers and developers possible.
Executive Director is responsible for service quality and common organizational tasks.
Sales Manager takes care about marketing and selling of our services and products.
Project Managers lead their teams and are responsible for communication with clients. The accuracy and timeliness are the targets of our concerns, so as a rule project managers are financially motivated in the successful outcome of the project they manage.
Software Architect is a person who makes initial technical design for each new project or is in charge of solving conceptual problems that occur during the development process. This person is responsible for the estimation of development costs, and can also write concepts or specifications.
Graphic Artists have to take care about look and feel of projects and products we develop. We are strongly convinced, that in order to develop competitive well-selling business applications, a company needs professional graphic artists, who are capable of refining functionality developed by programmers with graphic ideas.
Quality Testing is directed by a purposefully employed person, who wrote a Doctor's degree thesis on testing algorithms. We attach great importance to quality-checks of our products since the moment we initiated the development of applications for banks.
